We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Duties
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans
Lead and supervise behavior intervention programs across various settings, such as home-based, school-based, and clinical environments
Collect and analyze data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, interns, and staff to ensure adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to facilitate consistent implementation of behavioral interventions
Perform patient assessments and coordinate intake procedures for new clients requiring behavioral health services
Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and privacy
Skills
Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders
Proficiency in data collection methods and behavioral psychological assessments to inform treatment planning
Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards in healthcare settings
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in various environments such as schools or home-based programs
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and educational staff
Demonstrated skill in conducting diagnostic evaluations, functional assessments, and supporting autism spectrum disorders support initiatives
