What You'll Do
Provide high-quality ABA services under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Analyze client data and monitor treatment progress
Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as assigned
Train and support parents and caregivers
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes
What Total Care ABA requires from you:
Current Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Eligible to provide ABA services in North Carolina
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder preferred
Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) a plus
North Carolina Medicaid experience preferred
