About the position
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for an In-Home position. This role focuses on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy in the natural environment, fostering collaboration with clients, families, and the clinical team. The BCaBA will oversee and implement programs with support from operational teams, focusing on compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress. Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBATrain and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelityAssist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plansCollect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisionsEngage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessionsEnsure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophyRequirements
