We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. Duties
Assist in conducting behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.Implement and monitor individualized behavior plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring consistency and effectiveness.Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and measure outcomes accurately.Collaborate with licensed behavior analysts, educators, families, and caregivers to support comprehensive patient care and facilitate training sessions.Support intake processes by gathering relevant medical documentation, updating medical records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.Participate in behavioral health team meetings to review client progress, discuss challenges, and strategize next steps for intervention.Maintain professional knowledge of medical terminology, documentation standards, and best practices in working with individuals with disabilities.Experience
BCaBA credentials are required. Undergraduate degree and completion of BCaBA hours. BACB credentials are required.Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred.Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA), is essential.Experience in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data to guide treatment planning is required.Familiarity with special education settings or therapeutic environments serving individuals with autism enhances success in this role.Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management is required.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining patient-centered care standards.
