Duties & Responsibilities
Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Assist with training, modeling, and performance feedback for direct care staff
Collect, review, and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies
Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and caregiver collaboration as appropriate
Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors
Requirements
Must be available to fulfill required in-person hours as part of this hybrid position
Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills
Reliable transportation and valid car insurance for in-person services (if applicable)
Availability for afternoon and/or evening hours preferred
