We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties
Implement individualized behavioral therapy programs based on applied behavior analysis principles to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
Participate in intake processes by evaluating client needs and developing personalized care plans.
Provide patient care through compassionate engagement, ensuring a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field; certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques, data collection methods, and behavioral health practices.
Familiarity with medical documentation, medical terminology, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
