Currently staffing day time cases and after school cases.
PTO earned by the number of hours your work.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA therapy programs tailored to each client's needsAssist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) to promote independenceCollect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting strategies as neededAdhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacyUtilize behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors effectivelyProvide support in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community environmentsQualifications
RBT Credential is requiredThe state of CO is currently in the process of making the RBT credential a requirement. If you have completed the 40 hour course, you are welcome to still apply.Join us in making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by providing compassionate, effective therapy as an ABA Therapist.
