Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)ABA Services | Colorado Springs, CO (Clinic-Based)Part-Time and Full-Time Positions AvailableABA Rehab for All, Behavior & Therapy Services is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinic-based team in Colorado Springs, CO. We offer both part-time and full-time positions.
Position OverviewAs an RBT, you will provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured clinic environment. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing maladaptive behaviors.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervisionImplement individualized behavior intervention plansBuild rapport and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with clientsPrompt and teach replacement behaviors (communication, social, and daily living skills)Fade prompts to encourage independent skill developmentCollect accurate behavior data (frequency, duration, ABC data, etc.)Follow treatment plans with consistency and clinical integrityCollaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and clinical team membersSupport caregiver and family education when applicableMaintain professional boundaries and adhere to ABA ethical standardsParticipate in training, supervision, and team meetingsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredCurrent RBT certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow structured treatment plans and behavior protocolsAbility to remain active and engaged throughout sessionsMust be able to sit, stand, kneel, and move quickly as needed for client safety and engagementReliable transportation if needed for training or meetingsWork EnvironmentThis is a clinic-based position located in Colorado Springs, CO. You will work as part of a collaborative ABA team in a structured therapeutic setting focused on client progress and skill development.
