Job Summary Peak is seeking candidates interested in pursuing employment as a Student Behavior Analyst (SBA) as part of accumulating supervised fieldwork hours towards Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.SBAs in this role will be able to accumulate required hours at concentrated levels with high quality supervision from multiple BCBAs with various experience.SBAs will be expected to maintain current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.As an RBT, candidates will work closely with individuals, particularly children, who have developmental disabilities and autism.This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collecting data to monitor progress.Duties Implement and create individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Provide direct support to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, focusing on behavior management and skill acquisition.Assist clients with ADLs, promoting independence and self-care skills.Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions accurately.Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation.Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop effective care plans tailored to each client's needs.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis.Learn and show proficiency in all areas of knowledge/skill included in the BCBA 6th edition task list as part of continued employment and education.Experience Must have begun an ABAI or verified master's program and started appropriate coursework to begin accumulating fieldwork hours.Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred.Able to learn and navigate technological systems such as google workspace and central reach (ABA data collection system).Strong communication skills and able to work both independently and as part of a team depending on client care needs.RBT Training and following certification will be provided if certificate is not already held by candidate.To apply go to:www.pkservice.org/aba-careers Pay:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Continuing education credits Dental insurance Health insurance License reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Referral program Vision insurance Education:Bachelor's (Required) Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
