Responsibilities:
Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategiesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors and other multidisciplinary team membersCollect and record data on client progress, identifying areas of improvement and celebrating successesMaintain accurate and comprehensive records of client sessions, reports, and progressCollaborate with families and caregivers to establish consistent and effective strategies for implementing ABA techniques in the home environmentParticipate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and network with colleagues
