Qualifications
Active RBT certification with number on BACB websiteExperience with autism or developmental disabilities preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow instructions and implement plans accuratelySpanish-speaking a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust pass a background checkDuties
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervisionProvide direct therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)Collect and record data on client progress and behaviorAssist with behavior intervention plansCollaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure effective treatmentSupport clients in social, communication, and daily living skillsUse behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviorsMaintain a safe and supportive environment for clientsPay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
