Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong understanding of ABA principles. This role involves providing therapy in the comfort of our clients’ homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in a familiar setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) during in-home sessions.Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.Collaborate closely with families to support the child’s development and address any concerns.Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients within their home.Participate in ongoing training and professional development.Qualifications:
Current RBT certification.Prior experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disorders.Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both children and their families.Patience, empathy, and dedication to fostering positive behaviors.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?
