Job Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilitiesWork in client's homes or in the community (preschools, daycares, etc.)Implement Behavior Intervention Plan developed by BCBA supervisorHelp clients with skill building (communication, self-help skills, socialization, etc.)Manage challenging behaviors (aggression, tantrums, etc.)Collect data on goals and target behaviorsTravel to clients' homes (must have reliable transportation)Perks
