Your Key Tasks
Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessmentsDesign positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individualSupervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA techniciansProvide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
Requirements
Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic contentActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentialMust have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensureEligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Salary Description
Up to $110,000 + quarterly bonus opportunities
