Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Lotus Bloom ABA LLC (https://lotusbloomaba.com), either in person, hybrid, or fully remote, to provide expert behavioral therapy services. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and supervising individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help improve clients’ quality of life through evidence-based interventions, data collection, and collaborative care. Duties
The BCBA will provide direct services and oversee behavior intervention plans in home, community, and/or school-based settings
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress
Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical and professional guidelines
Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care

Requirements
Valid BCBA certification with current licensure
Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education strategies
Proficiency in data collection methods and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health services
Ability to perform patient assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
Commitment to patient care, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA standards

Pay: $50.00 - $85.00 per hour
