Star Spectrum ABA Therapy is a, play-based ABA clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, joyful autism therapy for children and families in Stanly County and surrounding areas. We believe in kindness, compassion, and building trust through positive reinforcement, proactive strategies, and fun, child-led play. No “bossy” or overly directive approaches here we focus on what works best for each child while supporting our team like family.

We are expanding and seeking a passionate Clinical Director (BCBA) to help lead our clinical team and ensure exceptional care.

About the Role:

- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for our ABA programs

- Supervise BCBAs and RBTs with a supportive, collaborative style

- Ensure high-quality, ethical, and compassionate service delivery

- Support program development, staff training, and parent collaboration

- Hybrid flexibility available (mix of in-clinic and administrative duties)

### What We’re Looking For:

- Active BCBA certification and NC licensure (or eligibility)

- Strong clinical experience in ABA, preferably with young children

- Passion for play-based, positive, and family-centered therapy

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
