Responsibilities
Lead and support our clinical team
Supervise, mentor, and train BCBAs and RBTs
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Partner with families to deliver exceptional care
Help establish clinical systems and develop a quality produc
Qualifications
BCBA certification
Experience working with children with autism and their families
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Takes initiative and thrives in a startup environment
Cares deeply about children, families, and supporting their team
