Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and develop individualized treatment programs
Supervise and support behavior technicians and clinical staff
Collaborate with caregivers to promote long-term client success
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Implement and expand knowledge of innovative ABA methodologies
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Demonstrates leadership, initiative, and strong clinical judgment
Interested in developing both clinical and supervisory skills
Effective communicator and collaborator with staff and caregivers
Passionate about improving client outcomes
Committed to mentoring and developing other clinicians
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in psychology or a related field
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Experience with skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
Proven ability to lead and manage clinical team members
