Position Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a key role in improving quality of life for the individuals we serve by promoting positive behaviors and reducing barriers to independence and success. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, analyze data, train staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective, person-centered care.
What You’ll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)Develop and oversee Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)Monitor treatment progress through data collection and analysisProvide clinical consultation to residential teams and leadershipSupport crisis response planning and post-incident debriefingTrain and mentor staff on behavioral strategies and best practicesSupervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as neededParticipate in treatment team meetings and case reviewsBuild strong partnerships with community mental health agencies and stakeholdersMaintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certification required1+ years of clinical experience (internship/practicum may be considered)Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioral needsExperience with developmental disabilities and/or mental health populations preferredStrong communication, organization, and leadership skills
