Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by applying evidence-based practices in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Duties
Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in intervention delivery
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral therapy techniques
Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient care, intake forms, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards
Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology
Skills
Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods
Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform treatment decisions
Ability to conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations with attention to detail
Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, HIPAA regulations, and medical records management
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external professionals
