Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities
Develop, implement, and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs
Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Perform patient care activities such as intake assessments, patient evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
Provide training and support to behavior technicians and caregivers on behavioral strategies, data collection methods, and intervention techniques
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and secure medical records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders
Support clients in home-based settings by delivering behavioral therapy directly within their natural environments
Experience
Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder
Hands-on experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments and functional assessments
Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques for children and adults in various settings, including home-based environments
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards
Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders or disabilities in a clinical or educational setting
Strong understanding of behavioral health principles, including behavioral psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluation processes
Prior experience supporting autism spectrum disorders through ABA interventions or similar behavioral therapies is highly desirable
