Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Seizing 611 is a contract role responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, and overseeing their implementation. This hybrid position is based in the Florence, CO, area with a mix of on-site services and some work-from-home tasks such as data review, documentation, and treatment plan updates. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, analyzing data, supervising behavior technicians, providing parent and caregiver training, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. The BCBA will ensure that all services align with current best practices in applied behavior analysis, maintain accurate records, and participate in regular team meetings and case
reviews.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven intervention.Experience in Behavior Management, including developing and monitoring behavior support plans across home and community settings.Background in Parent Education to support family involvement and generalization of skills.Current BCBA certification in good standing and compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards.Relevant master’s degree (e.g., Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field).Experience working with neurodiverse populations (e.g., autism, developmental disabilities) in clinical, school, or home-based settings.Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance to families and staff.Comfort with hybrid work, including reliable transportation for local travel and the ability to manage remote tasks efficiently.
