Our In-Home (in-person) BCaBA position centers on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy right where it matters: in the natural environment. You will enjoy the continuity and depth of collaboration that comes from direct daily engagement with clients, families, and your dedicated clinical team.
In this role, you'll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress.
Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $70,000–$80,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month), and a $10,000 signing bonus.

What You’ll Do As a BCaBA
Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBATrain and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelityAssist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plansCollect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisionsEngage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessionsEnsure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
