Partner with Families: Lead collaborative parent coaching sessions that equip families with practical, empowering tools for home and community life.

You are a seasoned clinical clinician who seamlessly blends behavioral expertise with a natural talent for inspiring others.
The Essentials:
BCBA Certification: Active and in good standing with the BACB.
Pediatric Expertise: Proven experience successfully guiding children on the Autism spectrum and those with neurodivergent profiles.
High-Vibe Leadership: You possess an infectious positive energy, a calm demeanor under pressure, and deep empathy for your team and families.
The "Champ" Factor:
You are an expert at Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and know how to weave complex learning targets right into play.
