Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCaBA) Salary Tier System:
As the leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, we have created a dynamic tier system for analysts to work with PBS in various capacities. You tell us your availability, and we work with you to decide on which salary Tier works best based on how many cases you want to work with us. And as a BONUS, you are eligible to earn Incentive Compensation Pay every quarter (2.5% of your salary every quarter for meeting your key performance indicators, that’s up to an additional 10% of your salary every year!)

What You’ll Do:
A Behavior Analyst ( BCBA / BCaBA) with Team PBS provides high-quality ABA services to individuals to achieve clinical goals. Behavior Analysts are responsible for:
Completing assessments and working directly with individuals to develop comprehensive behavior plans to achieve quality of life goalsImplement behavior plans through direct intervention and supervision of support staffCollect data via PBS data collection systemsComplete assessments, develop written reports and updates, complete graphical analyses within designated timelines, and as set by funding source requirementsProvide caregiver training (if applicable)Provide supervision of behavior assistants and/or RBTsCollaborate with caregivers and other service professionals to enhance and integrate intervention (if applicable)Attend regional meetings held by PBS CorpComplete session progress notes in a timely manner
Qualifications You’ll Need:
Must have a BCBA or BCaBA certificationBachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Level Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related fieldAbility to pass a background checkAbility to get licensed as an LBA or LABA in OregonWorking experience in ABA (including practicum/internship experience)Preference for in-person services, but hybrid positions are available
