Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by applying evidence-based practices, conducting thorough assessments, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Design, implement, and monitor applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions that promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
Provide training, supervision, and support to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency across settings.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing progress reviews to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Experience
Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education principles.
Experience in data collection methods, patient assessment procedures, and behavioral health practices.
Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop evidence-based intervention strategies.

$2500 Sign on bonus after 60 days of employment!!
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
