What We're About
We specialize in personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child.
Your Role
As a BCBA, you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

What You'll Do
Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plansSupervise behavior technicians and case supervisorsConduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progressProvide parent coaching and supportMaintain quality documentation and reportsMentor staff and lead monthly training sessionsStay current with research and share best practices with the team
What You Bring
Required:
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related fieldBCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)Strong leadership, communication, and organization skillsPreferred:
2+ years in Applied Behavior AnalysisExperience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plansPrevious work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
