Compensation
Full-Time: $55k–$75k / Part-Time: $60–$80/hr depending on experience
Sign-on bonus available

What $70/hr Looks Like
At 20 billable hours per week:
$1,400 per week
$5,600 per 4-week month
$72,800 annually working all 52 weeks
$67,200 annually working 48 weeks (approximately 1 month off)
$61,600 annually working 44 weeks (approximately 2 months off)

What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and maintain high clinical standards
Provide parent guidance and support
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Must reside in Colorado
