BCBA – Early Intervention Autism Services | Denver, CO | Hybrid
Some roles are just jobs. This one is different.
We're partnering exclusively with an autism services provider in Denver that's genuinely rethinking what early intervention should look like — for kids, for families, and for the clinicians who show up every day to do this work.
If you're a BCBA who's been grinding through oversized caseloads, feeling undervalued, or watching clinical quality slip because there just isn't enough time — we'd love to tell you what they've built here.
About the Role
You'll work with children aged 2–6 in a modern center-based setting, delivering individualized, play-based ABA as part of a truly collaborative multidisciplinary team. That means working alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Physicians — not in silos, but as genuine clinical partners.
The approach is naturalistic and trauma-informed, grounded in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). Full training is provided — prior ESDM experience isn't required.
What Makes This Role Worth Your Attention
A caseload built for quality. Just 7–8 clients per BCBA. You'll have the space to truly know your kids, track meaningful progress, and do the clinical thinking this work deserves.
Hybrid schedule. One guaranteed work-from-home day per week, with the potential for a second remote day based on team needs.
Real clinical support. Structured onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and continued CEU-eligible training from respected experts in the field — not a sink-or-swim environment.
A team culture people actually value. High standards, collaborative leadership, and a workplace where BCBAs stay because they want to — not because they have to.
Genuine career growth. Clear pathways into Senior BCBA roles, specialist tracks, and clinical leadership — for those who want it.
Day-to-Day, You'll Be:
Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
Conducting assessments and tracking meaningful developmental progress
Adjusting programming based on data and each child's evolving needs
Collaborating closely with your multidisciplinary team
Providing families with clear, compassionate support and guidance
Maintaining strong clinical documentation in line with BACB standards
What We're Looking For:
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Experience in pediatric or early intervention ABA (center-based experience a plus)
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with families
A genuine commitment to ethical, compassionate, child-centered practice
Benefits:
Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
401(k) with employer match
Paid Time Off
Flexible scheduling
