Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking a Trauma Informed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our residential treatment programs in Pike, New Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise into a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment supporting at-risk youth.

Provide oversight and direction for Applied Behavior Analysis programming
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans
Train and supervise direct support professionals and clinical staff
Monitor data collection systems and analyze program effectiveness
Lead staff training in ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill development
Collaborate with families, community partners, and internal teams
Ensure timely and accurate documentation within electronic health records
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary up to 75,000

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Special Education or related human services field
BCBA certification required with a minimum of two years of experience
Strong experience in behavior analysis, assessment, and intervention planning
Ability to lead, train, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage communication across multiple platforms
Flexible availability, Monday through Friday at minimum
Authorization to work in the United States
Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks
