Seeking an experienced BCBA to serve across multiple K-12 school sites for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite contract role involves supporting district-wide behavioral initiatives rather than managing a personal caseload. Collaborate with building staff to enhance behavioral supports, primarily within behavior and autism programs. This is an excellent opportunity to foster meaningful change and provide expert guidance throughout the district while directly supervising two RBTs.
Your skills and expertise will be crucial in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and overseeing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and offering ongoing support and training to educational teams. With no direct student caseload, your focus will center on programmatic leadership and hands-on staff mentorship.
A successful candidate should have:
An active BCBA license issued by Colorado
Current credentials with the Colorado Department of Education (CDE)
Demonstrated experience working within K-12 educational environments
Proficiency in conducting FBAs and creating and implementing BIPs
Strong leadership and supervisory experience, particularly with RBTs
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
Availability to be onsite and work across multiple schools as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide district-wide behavioral support and expertise, with emphasis in behavior and autism programs
Supervise two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct assessments and develop effective, data-driven intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to promote positive student outcomes
Serve as a resource for behavioral strategies and professional development
