Compensation and Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions availableSalary range: $90,000–$120,000Bonus pay opportunitiesFlexible scheduling
BCBA Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive initial assessmentsDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programsEnsure program effectiveness and client progressProvide case-specific training and supervision to Behavior TechniciansCoordinate and evaluate staff efforts aligned with IEP/IFSP goalsCollect, analyze, and manage client dataMaintain accurate daily documentation and progress reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certificationReliable transportationStrong interpersonal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
