Requirements:
The Role
Develop and implement individualized, data driven treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
Analyze data and adjust goals throughout the client journey
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical culture
Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families
CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
