Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessmentsDesign positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individualSupervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA techniciansProvide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendationsRequirements
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages.Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
