Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) to join our team specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. This role involves providing behavioral therapy and support to children and individuals with autism. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, data collection, and working with diverse populations to promote positive outcomes through evidence-based interventions. The BCaBA will collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care within a compliant and professional environment. The BCaBA will work under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans based on ABA principles for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and assist in diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies
• Collect, record, and analyze data accurately to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Support patient care through direct interaction, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
• Assist in intake procedures, including initial assessments and documentation of client histories
• Maintain HIPAA compliance by safeguarding patient confidentiality and handling medical records appropriately
• Collaborate with licensed behavior analysts, special educators, and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Participate in ongoing training related to medical terminology, behavioral health protocols, and documentation standards
Qualifications
• Certification as a BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and behavioral therapy techniques
• Knowledge of medical documentation, medical terminology, patient assessment, and HIPAA regulations
• Prior experience in special education or behavioral health settings is preferred
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
