Lead functional behavior assessments and treatment planning as a BCBAIncorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work as a BCBADevelop engaging, play-based programming using NETSupervise and mentor RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards as a BCBACollaborate with families, schools, and care teamsTrack progress through data and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes
What You Bring
BCBA certificationMaryland licensure or eligibility for a BCBAMaster’s degree in a related fieldExperience with autism and developmental disabilitiesStrong leadership, clinical, and communication skills expected of a BCBA
