Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated BCaBA to join our Kansas City team providing in-home ABA therapy services. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and serve as a key clinical resource for our RBT staff. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by supervising BCBAsProvide direct ABA therapy to pediatric clients in their home environmentCollect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately and consistentlyAssist in conducting skills assessments and preference assessmentsTrain and provide feedback to RBTs under the direction of the supervising BCBACommunicate effectively with families regarding client progress and programmingMaintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with payer and company requirementsParticipate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training
Requirements
Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACBMissouri BCaBA license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)Strong data collection and clinical documentation skillsAbility to work independently in a home-based settingReliable transportation to client homes in the Kansas City area
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supervising or mentoring RBTsFamiliarity with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management softwareExperience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessment tools
