HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who wants to make an impact on thier community!
Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation: $80,000–$95,000/year between base salary + monthly bonus plans

Responsibilities:
Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
And of course… pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a BCaBA.
At least a Bachelors/Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
