We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) to join our dynamic team. Duties
Implement individualized behavioral therapy plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective interventions
Conduct patient assessments and behavioral evaluations as part of intake processes and ongoing diagnostic evaluations
Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency in service delivery
Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members on behavior intervention strategies
Support families and caregivers through education, coaching, and regular communication to reinforce therapeutic goals at home and in community settings
Qualifications
Valid certification as a BCaBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education practices
Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and documentation standards for healthcare records
Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct intake interviews, and participate in diagnostic evaluations
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of medical records and client information
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and families

Pay: $44,848.60 - $54,011.21 per year
