The Role: Clinical Excellence via Telehealth
Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will be a vital link in the child's care team during the critical after-school window.
Customized Planning: Create and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct functional assessments.Remote Caregiver Coaching: Provide hands-on, compassionate training to parents via telehealth to ensure consistency in the home.Clinical Oversight: Monitor progress through precise data collection and collaborate with the broader clinical team.Team Collaboration: Attend remote team meetings to share insights and ensure a "whole-child" approach to care
Credential Requirements
BCaBA Certification: Active certification from the BACB.MI LABA License: You must currently hold a Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license OR be willing to obtain it immediately upon hire. (We welcome applicants from any state!)Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in behavior analysis.Education: Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
