Behavioral Health Field (BH Field) is an ABA Practice, providing heart-centered ABA focused on NET at home, and in the community when appropriate; we are now starting to focus on the principles of NDBI, as well.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs implementing ABA servicesAssist with treatment plan implementation and behavior intervention strategiesConduct supervision sessions and provide clinical feedbackCollaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team membersSupport skill acquisition and behavior reduction programmingMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and funding source requirementsParticipate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
Qualifications:
Active BCaBA certification requiredALBA certification required.Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferredReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the Atlanta area
