Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions and support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures, to determine client needs.
Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent application of therapeutic techniques.
Provide supervision and training to BCaBA staff and behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
Maintain detailed medical records, documentation of patient care activities, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities related to behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology.
Qualifications
Certification as a BCBA or BCaBA from an accredited organization.
Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and data collection methods.
Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, medical terminology, and patient assessment protocols.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
