Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team in a contract, hybrid role. This position combines in-person services (home and community settings) with remote responsibilities such as treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver consultation.
This opportunity is ideal for a master’s-level clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality clinical work. BCBA or BCaBA certification is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress
Provide caregiver training and support via in-person and telehealth formats
Collaborate with team members (BCBAs, Students, and other providers) to ensure consistent care
Monitor treatment fidelity and provide feedback to direct staff
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company standards
Schedule & Work Model
Hybrid model: combination of in-person sessions and remote work
Flexible scheduling based on client needs and consultant availability
Contract (1099) position
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)
BCBA or BCaBA certification (preferred or in progress)
Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities across the lifespan
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with a remote team
Reliable transportation for in-person sessions
Compensation
Competitive hourly contract rate, based on experience and credentials
