Achieve ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing Clinical Team!

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.
The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, and in schools across Colorado, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Responsibilities as a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst include:
Conduct assessments & build treatment plansDevelop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goalsProvide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective careAnalyze data + adjust programsReview notes + maintain clinical qualityConduct remote or in-person parent training sessionsCollaborate with families + teamsAttend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.Work across home, and school settings to provide seamless support to families.

Compensation: $70.00 - $110.00 per hour

Requirements:
Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldExperience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.Strong communication, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.Must live in Colorado
