Conduct functional assessments and design individualized treatment plansLead clinical decision-making using ABA principlesProvide coaching, training, and mentorship to staff and caregiversAnalyze data to inform intervention strategies and outcomesMaintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentationParticipate in collaboration with a multidisciplinary support teamPromote a person-centered, ethical, growth-minded environmentWhat You Bring:
Active BCBA certificationExperience in ABA and/or IDD services preferredStrong clinical communication and collaboration abilitiesDedication to ethical practice and meaningful outcomes
