Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, providing expert behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with autism. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to promote positive outcomes. Responsibilities
Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral interventions for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Provide direct patient care through behavioral therapy sessions tailored to individual needs.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals and healthcare providers, to coordinate care.
Educate families and caregivers on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies.
Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Qualifications
Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and patient assessment methods.
Proficiency in data collection, medical terminology, and medical records management.
Experience with patient intake processes, diagnostic evaluation, and patient care planning.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical documentation.
Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
