Conduct assessments & create treatment plansProvide caregiver guidance & family supportSupervise and mentor RBTs/BTsDevelop & implement behavior support plansCollect and analyze data to drive outcomesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team
What You Bring
Active BCaBA certification (BACB & state, if applicable)Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldStrong communication & leadership skillsExperience as a practicing BCaBA preferred
