Senior BCBA — Denver Metro and All Surrounding Areas
House of Hearts ABA | Colorado | $90,000 – $100,000 Based on Experience
Who We Are
House of Hearts ABA is not your average ABA company. We are a fast-growing, values-driven therapy organization built on the belief that every child and family we serve deserves exceptional, individualized, and compassionate care. Founded by clinicians who understand what it means to be in the field, we have grown into a multi-state organization serving families across Florida and Colorado — and we are just getting started.
At House of Hearts, we do things differently. We invest in our clinical team, we hold ourselves to a high standard, and we are building something that will outlast us all. We are not looking for people who want to punch in and punch out. We are looking for people who care deeply, think critically, and want to leave this field better than they found it.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior BCBA to serve our Denver Metro area and all surrounding communities. This is not an entry-level role and it is not a standard caseload position. This is an elevated clinical leadership role designed for a seasoned, passionate BCBA who is ready to step into something bigger — someone who wants to shape clinical quality, mentor the next generation of behavior analysts, and own the standard of care across an entire region.
You will sit at the intersection of clinical excellence and organizational growth, working directly alongside our Clinical Director and leadership team to ensure that every client, every BCBA, and every family we serve receives the highest level of clinical support possible.
This role is hybrid, with an expectation that you are on the ground in Colorado and available to support our Denver Metro area and surrounding service area directly.
What You Will Own
Advanced Clinical Consultation
You are the escalation resource. When a case gets complex, when a behavior gets serious, or when a BCBA hits a wall, you are the person they call. You will consult on high-risk and complex cases, support severe behavior presentations, review crisis and safety plans, and show up for the difficult parent meetings that require a seasoned clinical voice in the room.
Clinical Quality Assurance and Auditing
This is your signature responsibility. Every month, you will conduct structured audits across supervision notes, parent training notes, reassessments, treatment plans, progress reports, learning trees, and behavior intervention plans. You will evaluate documentation against metrics including medical necessity, goal quality, payer compliance, authorization readiness, BACB compliance, and data-based decision making. Your deliverables will include a Monthly Clinical Quality Scorecard, BCBA-specific feedback reports, organization-wide trend analysis, and ongoing audit readiness monitoring. You will set the bar and hold the team to it.
BCBA Performance Development
You will mentor developing BCBAs through case reviews, documentation coaching, goal-writing training, parent training coaching, and clinical decision-making support. You believe that a rising tide lifts all boats, and you are committed to making every BCBA on this team better because of their time with you.
Complex Case Oversight
You will take assigned ownership of our most challenging cases — high-intensity behavior cases, cases at risk of discharge, cases with caregiver conflict, cases with poor progress, and cases requiring heightened payer scrutiny. You bring clarity and direction where others feel stuck.
Clinical Excellence Initiatives
You will develop clinical resources, create documentation standards, lead clinical trainings, build treatment templates, and drive the implementation of best practices across the organization. You are not just doing the work — you are building the system that makes the work better for everyone.
