Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA)
Remote | 1099 Independent Contractor | Part-Time (Approximately 10 Hours per Week)

We are seeking a dedicated clinician to provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BCBA who enjoys working collaboratively with families while helping shape and grow a quality clinical program—all while working remotely on a flexible schedule.
Position Summary
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), provide caregiver training, and ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, highly organized, and committed to improving outcomes for children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and reassessments.Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.Create measurable treatment goals and behavior intervention plans.Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.Ensure medical necessity is clearly supported in all clinical documentation.Supervision & Clinical Oversight
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB guidelines.Conduct direct observations and overlap sessions.Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback.Monitor treatment integrity and implementation.Family Training
Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.Teach behavior management techniques and strategies for skill generalization.Maintain documentation of caregiver participation and progress.Documentation & Compliance
Complete assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports within required timelines.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Motivity.Ensure documentation meets insurance, regulatory, and audit requirements.Collaboration
Communicate effectively with families, physicians, schools, and interdisciplinary providers when appropriate.Participate in clinical meetings and case reviews.Collaborate with administrative staff regarding scheduling and insurance authorizations.Program Development
Assist in developing clinical procedures and workflows.Provide input on documentation templates and clinical resources.Help establish quality assurance standards.Support the onboarding and mentoring of future clinical staff.Required Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.Knowledge of insurance-funded ABA services.Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Motivity.Previous leadership or supervisory experience.Startup or program development experience.Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.Schedule & Employment Details
