We are seeking a full-time remote Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and oversee behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising ABA therapy programs, and providing remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
Additional duties involve supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collecting and analyzing client data, collaborating with families and professionals, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in team meetings.
Qualifications required are a Master’s degree in a related field, current BCBA certification, state licensure (if applicable), and a minimum of 2 years of ABA experience.
Skills include proficiency in assessment tools, ABA methodologies, and electronic health records, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Travel is expected for client visits and team meetings, approximately 20-30%. The role demands the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
